An offering from the Kimaratia Farmers’ Cooperative Society, ripe cherries are brought to the Gichuka Coffee Factory. This lot brings together three classic Kenyan varieties: SL28,
SL34, and Ruiru 11. This fully washed coffee emphasizes clarity and gives the coffee a clean, structured profile that works for its mix of varietals. Gichuka AA Top has a medium body and pronounced sweetness. It's nutty and fruity with a crisp, fresh fruit character. This Kenyan coffee is best on days when you want to make brewing slow and intentional.
