At Yardstick Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help if there is a problem with your purchase. Please read our policy below to understand the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns and Exchanges

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, including coffee beans, milk boxes, coffee equipment, or machines, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Coffee Beans: We understand that everyone has different tastes, and we will do our best to ensure you find a product you love. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for recommendations before placing your order! With an emphasis on quality, our coffee undergoes daily QC tests, and orders are dispatched roast-to-ship to ensure freshness. Because of this, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. However, if you find that the taste of the coffee beans does not meet your expectations or there is an issue with the quality, please contact our team immediately. We are happy to assist you and offer a replacement at no additional cost, provided the beans are returned in their original condition.

Milk Box: In the event that a milk box is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for a free replacement.

Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to, malfunctioning components, structural failures, or faulty assembly that occurs during the manufacturing process. For example, if the product's motor fails to operate due to an internal wiring issue or the product arrives with broken or misaligned parts, it will be repaired or replaced under this warranty. Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt, and proof of purchase is required.

Merchandise (Tote bags, Enamel Pins and Shirt): We only allow factory defects for exchanges, which are handled through replacement. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase. ● Items must be:
Unused and in original condition.
With complete packaging and receipt or digital proof of purchase for online
transactions (receipts or order confirmation emails.)● Size exchanges of merchandise are not allowed. This can be avoided by confirming with
the customer before finishing the transaction or ensuring size guides are clearly
communicated online.

If any of the original packaging, manual, or accessories are no longer available, we may provide a replacement, but the store will retain the packaging and accessories.
3. Warranty Repairs and Coverage

If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will either repair the item, offer a replacement, or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the problem.
