Asho Chin Honey

Home to the western hoolock gibbon, this offering from Myanmar has indirectly helped protect these species. The Asho Chin Communities Association farms under a forest canopy in Myanmar's Arakan Mountains, where the incredible shade from the trees that the coffees need also serve as shelter for these rare species. Grown high above and honey processed: warm and syrupy raw honey, a touch of familiar guyabano, with hints of hazelnut. A coffee worth sharing and remembering.
